Project Overview: 400W LED Flood Lighting Project in Romania
In early 2025, our company secured a strategic order from a leading industrial and sports infrastructure developer in Romania for the supply of 158 units of high-power 400W LED flood lights. The project was commissioned to illuminate a large-scale multi-functional sports complex near Bucharest, including football fields, training grounds, and outdoor event venues requiring professional-grade, energy-efficient lighting.
Technical Consultation & Simulation
Our engineering team conducted photometric simulations using Dialux software to ensure uniformity and compliance with EN 12193 (sports lighting standards). The solution featured:

Following successful sample testing and certification verification—including CE, RoHS, ERP, and IEC 60598—a formal supply contract was signed in February 2025. Production commenced immediately at our Changzhou facility with a dedicated batch line to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
Stringent Quality Control & Logistics
Every unit underwent a rigorous quality assurance process, including 48-hour aging tests and optical performance validation in our photometric darkroom. By early April 2025, all 158 fixtures were completed and packed in reinforced wooden crates to withstand the long-haul sea freight journey to the Port of Constanța.
